🛶 Evening on the Water: A Spring Forest Bathing Journey – Friday, May 16, 2025
$35 Energy Exchange | Guided by Monica Mendoza
🌿 Float into Stillness, Listen with Your Body, Connect with the Season
Join Monica Mendoza, a certified Forest Therapy Guide and presence-centered space-holder, for a slow, sensory journey across the waters of Lake Natoma.
Through guided Forest Bathing invitations, water listening, and springtime reflection, you’ll deepen your connection to the living landscape—through breath, sensation, and stillness.
This is a time to soften, moving slowly with the breeze and opening all your senses.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll listen not only with your ears, but also with your skin, your heart, and your breath.
In doing so, you allow the gentle pull of the lake and the softening twilight to guide you into a deeper way of being.
🌊 A Journey of Water, Presence, and Renewal
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through a sequence of nature-centered experiences, each inviting a deeper connection:
-
First, sensory invitations to awaken touch, smell, sight, and sound
-
Then, deep listening to the language of the water and shoreline
-
Next, reflection on the vibrant renewal of spring all around you
-
Followed by a spacious paddle and seated Forest Bathing experience on your board or kayak
-
Finally, a closing moment of gratitude, sunset stillness, and a gentle return across the water
Rather than focusing on distance or speed, you’ll be encouraged to soften into the moment, allowing yourself to be fully held by the living waters around you.
🌿 What to Expect:
-
A beginner-friendly, slow-paced paddle and seated water journey
-
Forest Bathing invitations designed to deepen sensory presence
