 rld.\n\nYour Guide: \n\n\n\nIt's me! I'm Monica\, your certified Forest T
 herapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and I'm 
 excited to guide you on this slow and gentle Forest Bathing paddle. There 
 is something extra magical about Forest Bathing on the water\;  feeling t
 he motion of the water\, naturally syncing into the rhythm\, watching the 
 light reflect upon the water\, and hearing the sounds of the water as it l
 aps against the shoreline.  Talk about a sensory journey and being presen
 t.  It gives me all the feels.\n\nUpon registration\, participants will r
 eceive location details.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring: \nWe will be outsi
 de through the entire experience.\n\n 	REQUIRED- You MUST have a life jack
 et with you on your water vessel. If you do not have a life jacket you can
  borrow one from the life jacket loaner program on the shoreline.\n 	Attir
 e: Forest Therapy is an experience that slows your body. This means that y
 our body will not be producing any extra energy/heat.  You will be surpri
 sed as to how much cooler your body can become.  It is highly suggested t
 hat you bring layers.\n 	 Seating: You will be on your SUP/kayak througho
 ut the entire experience. If you bring a paddleboard it is encouraged to s
 it on your board so you can be closer to the surface of the water.\n 	Wate
 r/Snack:  Please bring a bottle of water with you. You may wish to bring 
 a light snack if you wish.\n 	Recommended/Optional: Sunscreen\, sunglasses
 \, hat\, a towel for after\, a waterproof container / dry bag  for your p
 ersonal items such as your phone\, keys\, water shoes/flip flops\, light s
 nack for the end of the experience.\n\n\n***This is an easy paddle and beg
 inners are welcome to attend.***\nAdditional Need to Know:\nWATERCRAFT: Wh
 en registering for this event\, you acknowledge that you are responsible f
 or supplying your own watercraft. Although we move at a slow pace through 
 the water\, we are unable to accommodate inflatable rafts. If you have an 
 inflatable kayak\, it must have an internal frame. Please message with que
 stions. Grow Outside is unable to support you with your watercraft\, so it
  is imperative that you are able to personally inflate it and have all the
  necessary equipment (fin\, paddles\, pump if required). \n\n*** When sig
 ning up for this event note that the end time is flexible.  We will end a
 t 8:15pm in the jungle area and will need to paddle back to shore. The wat
 er current can vary. Please give yourself padding past the specified end t
 ime to ensure you are able to make other time commitments following the ev
 ent. All vehicles must be out of the parking lot by 9:00pm or at risk of b
