he light of the Earth and light within you.  Gift yourself  the opportun
ity to slow down\, awaken to and align in this seasonal shift.\n\n \n\nTh
e Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate the Earth and Sun with the fire e
lement and heart. We cultivate and deepen our connection to the divine ene
rgies all around us. In living with gratitude and understanding that recip
rocity and respect for all that is given to us is the way to live as if al
l life is ceremony.\n\nOn our longest day of the year we celebrate the Sun
at its most powerful. We celebrate the abundance of crops in the fields\,
of how warm the earth feels and we spend more time in nature. The Summer
 Solstice offers qualities of Strength\, Vitality\, Radiance\, Luminosity\,
  Play\, Creativity\, Transformation\, and Joy!\n\nJoin us for a unique\, i
mmersive\, slow paced\, mindful journey where we will settle into the natu
ral landscape and awaken our senses.  This Forest Bathing experience will
take place while on your stand-up paddleboard or in your kayak. \n\nYour
investment will include being guided through a 3+ hour sensory experience
where we will leave our stresses behind and connect with the abundance of
the natural world. Monica who is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with th
e Association of Nature and Forest Therapy will offer a series of carefull
y crafted gentle invitations designed to help you connect with the More-Th
an-Human World in your own authentic way. When Forest Bathing\, you will b
e invited to move slowly\, wander\, pause\, observe and reflect. The empha
sis is on unplugging\, calming the mind and engaging with the natural worl
 d.  Physical and psychological benefits of Forest Bathing are astounding.
Scientists have found that Forest Bathing can lower your heart rate and b
lood pressure\, decrease stress levels\, elevate your mood\, increase work
ing memory and even bolster your immune system.\n\nFill your lungs with re
freshing forest air from the seat of your watercraft.  Shinrin-yoku means
\, "Forest Bathing" and is the modern Japanese concept of refreshing and r
echarging by spending time in the forest. This tour combines Forest Bathin

tch for wildlife\, become immersed with the sounds and textures as you int
egrate body-full rhythm with the water while noticing the surrounding ligh
t.\n\n***This is an easy paddle and beginners are welcome to attend.***\n\

fety supplies. The guide is unable to assist with any repair needs and can
not make accommodations in the event the watercraft is nonfunctional. Part
